Yulia Markova: "Hungarian Komondor Shepherd covered with long white wool. With time the wool turns into separated braids, "dreadlocks”. Dreadlocks grow all the life long and with years become even longer and thicker. So dogs do not require combing. In addition, the wool is a unique armor from the teeth of a predators, and even from a cold steel: to punch out such thick layer of felt is almost impossible."

The Hungarian Revolution of 1956
Munduslingua - History: October 23, 1956 is remembered in Hungary as the day when an uprising was started against Soviet domination, a series of events led by students who wanted to change the political system. In November, after days of bloodshed, the Hungarian revolution was extinguished by the Red Army of the Soviet Union. After Hungary became an independent state in 1989, October 23 was chosen as the day on which independence would be proclaimed; a day to honour those who fought for freedom back in 1956.

Raúl Hurtado: "Palacsinta is a thin, crêpe-like variety of pancake common in Hungary and other Central and Eastern European countries. A palacsinta is made by creating a runny dough from eggs, wheat flour, milk and salt and frying it in a pan with butter or oil. Unlike thicker types of pancakes, the palacsinta is usually served with different types of fillings and eaten for lunch or dinner."
