Hi, I'm the Head of Production at Bureau Translations and I’m in charge of all Bureau Translations’s projects, so I have to keep an eye on every department to make sure projects are completed on time and within budget. I usually supervise several projects at once instead of working intensely on one. I have regular meetings with individual Production Managers to discuss possible problem projects to find out the best solution. If a project gets into trouble, I also step in.
